Children at Risk, a statewide nonprofit children’s advocacy group, has released its annual school rankings for 2017, and the results include high marks for the highly regarded Liberty Hill Independent School District schools serving Rancho Sienna.
After the Liberty Hill Independent School District officially broke ground for Rancho Sienna Elementary School on Wednesday, September 14, this new $29 million school will soon start going vertical, but one of its most innovative features will be underground.
Construction of the new Rancho Sienna Elementary School is scheduled to begin in late June or early July, following the successful passage of the Liberty Hill Independent School District's $35 million bond package on Saturday.
The Liberty Hill Independent School District has entered into an agreement to acquire a 12-acre site in the Rancho Sienna community from its developer, Newland, with the goal of opening a new elementary school on the site as early as 2017.
