Rancho Sienna named “Best Overall Community” by Texas Association of Builders

Rancho Sienna has won its third major award of 2016 – a Star Award for “Best Overall Community” from the Texas Association of Builders.

The awards were presented on August 4 at the Sunbelt Builders Show, held at the Gaylord Texas Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. The competition included more than 500 entries from throughout Texas, judged by an independent panel of distinguished industry experts.

Rancho Sienna won in the “Best Overall Community” category for communities of more than 20 acres.

A 550-acre community located in the highly regarded Liberty Hill Independent School District, Rancho Sienna offers new homes priced from the high $200,000s to $700,000s.

Star judges noted that 2016 has been a year of growth and progress for Rancho Sienna.  In the spring, Rancho Sienna completed Big View Trail, one of the final segments of its community-wide trail system, and part of more than 100 acres of parks and trails overall.

Rancho Sienna also started development of its new dog park this year, and will celebrate the grand opening of this new amenity in September. The community expanded its choice of new home styles and price ranges with new model homes, new home plans, and new builders including Perry Homes.

In May, voters in Liberty Hill ISD approved bonds to fund the new Rancho Sienna Elementary School in Rancho Sienna. Now under construction, the school is planned to open in August 2017.
