Perry Homes plays up stunning Hill Country views from its new Rancho Sienna model home

Perry Homes sales consultant Stacey Rider is so excited about the Hill Country views from the builder’s new Rancho Sienna model home that she loves to snap photos from the patio to send to home shoppers.

“The views are just stunning, looking down across classic Rancho Sienna scenery with a rugged canyon and rolling hills,” Stacey said. “This is typical of many of the view homesites we have in this neighborhood.”

This new model, Design 3435, will be completed by the end of month, with a grand opening planned for July.

The model will showcase Perry homes priced from the $420,000s in this new Rancho Sienna neighborhood. Homesites are 70 feet wide, and Perry Homes’ plans range from 2,800 to 4,900 square feet.

The model’s open family room and kitchen area has two pairs of French doors opening to the covered patio, offering relaxing views from both indoors and outside.

Perry Homes is also landscaping the model home’s backyard with an open-air living area and a firepit, showcasing the potential for year ‘round outdoor living in Rancho Sienna.

A one-story home, Design 3435 has four bedrooms, a dining room, a library with French doors, and a three-car garage. Ceilings range from 11 to 13 feet in most rooms.

Many homesites in the neighborhood border a natural greenbelt, part of more than 100 acres of parks, trails and natural open space in Rancho Sienna.
