D.R. Horton starting new model, 14 available homes priced from $250,000s
In a new neighborhood adjacent to Rancho Sienna Elementary School, which begins construction this summer, D.R. Horton is starting construction of 14 available homes that will be ready by early fall. Prices range from the $250,000s to $300,000s.
Many of these homes will feature floor plans that are brand-new to Rancho Sienna, including the Bernhardt, which D.R. Horton will showcase as its new decorated model home this fall.
The one-story Bernhardt has three bedrooms, plus an open family room and dining area overlooking a huge covered patio. A convenient home office area is located next to the spacious kitchen.
D.R. Horton is also starting construction of more new plans in Rancho Sienna, including:
- The Delaware II, a three-bedroom home with an open great room, dining and kitchen area. Options include adding a second floor with a loft and a second master suite.
- The two-story Woodrose II has three bedrooms downstairs, including a spacious master suite. The main floor also has a study, a spacious great room, an open dining room and island kitchen area, and a covered patio. Upstairs, the plan has a fourth bedroom and gameroom.
- The two-story Valley Forge offers a fifth bedroom option. This spacious plan also includes a downstairs master suite, a formal dining room, and an open family/breakfast/kitchen area.
D.R. Horton’s 14 available homes in Rancho Sienna will include popular features such as hardwood and laminate flooring, extra cabinets, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, full gutters and full sprinkler systems. Covered patios will also include gas stub-outs, making it easy to install gas grills for outdoor cooking.
This new neighborhood is connected to the overall Rancho Sienna trail system, which extends for approximately six miles and connects residents with amenities such as The Sienna House, Greenleaf Park and Sienna Trail Park. The trails also connect to the community’s new dog park, projected to be open by this summer.
"New residents can get settled in well before Rancho Sienna Elementary School opens next August," said D.R. Horton sales consultant Rachael Scott.
“I grew up in a Newland community, Cinco Ranch in Houston, and I loved the fact that we had schools, parks and more right in the community, along with a wonderful neighborhood spirit,” Rachael said.
“It’s great to be part of one of the newest Newland communities, Rancho Sienna,” she said. “Residents here are close to 100 acres parks and trails, and schools in the highly regarded Liberty Hill Independent School District. There’s also a vibrant sense of community here, with special events and regular activities throughout the year.”
