Get Outside Series: Scenic Garey Park to be Georgetown’s largest park
The City of Georgetown has begun the design and construction process for 525-acre Garey Park, located in a scenic Hill Country setting on FM 2243 along the San Gabriel River.
When it is completed in late 2017 or early 2018, Garey Park will be Georgetown’s largest park, with amenities including an event venue, equestrian trails, a playground with a splash pad, and a dog park. Even better, the park is located approximately 5 miles from Rancho Sienna!
