Opening in late 2016, Chesmar’s Owen model will showcase farmhouse chic
When it opens in late November in Rancho Sienna, Chesmar’s new Owen model will showcase the popular farmhouse chic design trend, with eye-catching details like sliding barn doors between the master bedroom and the master bath, and exposed shiplap walls in the dining room.
The kitchen, featuring a large semi-circular work and serving island, will feature a farmhouse sink and a detailed backsplash with Carrera marble tile in a lantern pattern.
The family room will have a fireplace with floor-to-ceiling brick surround, including a cozy raised hearth.
The gallery – a key traffic flow feature between the family room and the large covered patio – will have brick arches and rustic wood ceiling beams. These details will be echoed in the spacious foyer.
The master suite will be a strong focal point for the farmhouse chic theme, with shiplap walls in the main bedroom area, and hanging light pendants above the bathroom vanities. The master bath will also sport subway tile, wood-look porcelain tile, and brick arches.
This model sits on a scenic homesite with views of Rancho Sienna’s beautiful Hill Country scenery. It will have an expansive wood deck beyond the covered patio, creating a very inviting and low-maintenance backyard.
Chesmar also offers homes priced from the mid $200,000s on 45- and 50-foot homesites in Rancho Sienna. A new model representing this collection will open in 2017.
