D.R. Horton opens new model near Rancho Sienna Elementary School
Right as D.R. Horton opened its brand-new Bernhardt model in Rancho Sienna, the Liberty Hill Independent School District broke ground for the new Rancho Sienna Elementary School right across the street.
Bottom line: home shoppers can tour this beautiful new model home, choose from among 11 new D.R. Horton homes available for fall move-in, and be settled in well before the first school bell rings at Rancho Sienna Elementary School next August.
Priced from the $240,000s to the $300,000s, D.R. Horton’s available homes in Rancho Sienna include popular features such as hardwood and laminate flooring, extra cabinets, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, full gutters and full sprinkler systems. Covered patios also include gas stub-outs, making it easy to install gas grills for outdoor cooking.
D.R. Horton is offering many new floor plans in Rancho Sienna, as showcased by the one-story Bernhardt model. This three-bedroom model has an open family room and dining area overlooking a huge covered patio. A convenient home office area is located next to the spacious kitchen.
