Perry Homes opens second model home in Rancho Sienna
Perry Homes has opened its second model home in Rancho Sienna, showcasing new homes priced from the $280,000s in a neighborhood located across the street from Rancho Sienna Elementary School. (See model location here)

Now under construction, this new school is part of the highly regarded Liberty Hill ISD and is planned to open in August, 2017.
Perry Homes’ new model, Design 2529S, is a spacious one-story design with an open kitchen and family gathering area filled with natural light. Featuring wood-like tile floors and granite countertops, this area overlooks a spacious covered patio, an option that is displayed in this model.

Plan 2529S begins with an extended foyer featuring a 12-foot ceiling. The foyer has French doors opening to a library. The fourth bedroom is privately tucked away, making it an ideal guest suite. Two more bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the luxurious master suite includes double walk-in closets.
A mudroom is located between the two-car garage and the foyer, offering the homeowners a convenient place to stash shoes, backpacks and other gear.

Thanks to Perry Homes’ new designs, the popular price range from the $280,000s, and the location across from Rancho Sienna Elementary, this neighborhood has already been a hit with homebuyers.
Only two open homesites are still available, although Perry has five homes available for quick move-in between now and the end of the year.
Perry will have additional homesites to build in this neighborhood towards the latter part of the year.
Earlier this year, Perry Homes opened its first Rancho Sienna model, Design 3435S. This one-story model showcases Perry homes priced from the $420,000s. Homesites are 70 feet wide, and a number of them offer views of the beautiful Hill Country scenery that characterizes Rancho Sienna.
