What’s the best thing about Rancho Sienna? Just ask The Sienna House team...
There are lots of things to love about Rancho Sienna, and the team of friendly community representatives at The Sienna House is one of the best sources of information on what it’s like to live here. After all, many of them are Rancho Sienna residents themselves, or live in the surrounding area.
“What makes Rancho Sienna so special to me? It’s the Hill Country views and awesome terrain, the beautiful entrance, and all the wonderful amenities, including the dog park, the outdoor dining room, the miles of trails and all the parks,” said Cheryl J.
Cheryl has worked with Newland for more than 20 years, mostly at the 8,600-acre Cinco Rancho community in Houston, before coming to Rancho Sienna in 2014. As such a longtime employee, she is very familiar with Newland’s philosophy of creating communities.
“As an award-winning developer, Newland has designed Rancho Sienna to be outstanding in every way, from preserving more than 100 acres of the most beautiful land for parks and trails, to including a site for Rancho Sienna Elementary School, which is planned to open in August,” she said.
Russ P. says he has seen “phenomenal growth” at Rancho Sienna since he and his wife moved here three years ago.
“Newland has created a paradise for residents. The natural trails are invigorating, and our neighbors are very friendly and caring,” he said. “What I like best are the stunning views.”
Russ said that Sienna Trail Park was the only completed amenity when he moved in, and has since seen new additions including Greenleaf Park, Overlook Park and Big View Trail. Russ also loves to get involved in the community, recently helping to install the Little Free Library near The Sienna House.
Regina L., also a Rancho Sienna resident, has a son who attends Liberty Hill High School.
“We love the school system, and everything else about Rancho Sienna,” she said. “The community surprised us from the moment we first drove in. It’s almost unexplainable, but it was the feeling of home and warmth. I have made some of the best friends I’ve ever had in my life, and they are my neighbors.”
Sarah H. said there are many things she loves about Rancho Sienna. “It has great trails, beautiful outdoor space and activities, and fun, friendly residents, all within a quaint and neighborly community,” she said.
Gerrie W. , originally from Chicago and now a resident of Liberty Hill, gets right to the point: “You don’t see anything like this in Chicago!”
Every day, there are more reasons to love Rancho Sienna. Visit these friendly residents and future neighbors any day at The Sienna House for a warm welcome and the latest news.
