Sitterle will open low-maintenance model soon, debuting new plans with 3-car garages

Interested in a new low-maintenance garden home with beautiful Hill Country views and yard maintenance provided year-round? Check out Sitterle Homes’ brand-new model in Rancho Sienna (opening soon), along with several quick move-in homes ready this summer.

Opening this month, Sitterle’s new San Saba model showcases a collection of low-maintenance plans with spacious outdoor living areas, priced from the $330,000s to $370,000s.

With about 2,500 square feet, the San Saba model has a bright, light-filled interior that flows out to a room-sized covered patio with an outdoor fireplace and kitchen.

The kitchen, dining and great room area is completely open, with light hardwood floors combined with detailed octagonal tile in several areas. Shaker style cabinets, sculptured backsplash tile and wainscoting – all in crisp, clean white – add to the open and airy feel of this model.

With three bedrooms, a study and a drop zone between the garage and laundry room, the San Saba is Sitterle’s most popular floor plan in Rancho Sienna. It is priced from $368,000*.

Sitterle also has two brand-new plans, both with three-car garages and both available as quick move-in homes for summer.

The new Frisco plan has four bedrooms, a spacious study with French doors, and an open kitchen, dining and great room area.

With 2,570 square feet, the four-bedroom, three-bath Sonora is Sitterle’s largest plan in Rancho Sienna. It includes a study and a formal dining room that’s a little more separated from the kitchen and great room area.

Along with three-car garages, these new plans have other features in common.

“Both the Frisco and the Sonora have private bedroom suites in the front, which make ideal in-law or guest suites,” said Sitterle sales professional Bryan Thomas.

Each plan also has an impressive foyer design.  “The Frisco has a beautiful circular rotunda foyer, and the Sonora has a high, double tray foyer that extends from the front door all the way back to the family room,” he said.

Thomas saves his greatest enthusiasm for the large expanses of windows and patio doors at the back of these new plans.

“The Frisco and Sonora were designed to be very open, to bring the outdoors inside and help residents enjoy the inspiring views here at Rancho Sienna,” he said.

Both the Frisco and Sonora plans are available this summer in Rancho Sienna and offer especially nice views. “They sit up on a high ridge street, and the rear windows and backyards have wonderful views of the trails and ponds,” he said. “The large trees add a very nice feeling of nature and privacy.”
