Tour Rancho Sienna’s dog park with Brett Tutor of "Trading Spaces"

The best way to experience Rancho Sienna's dog park is to leash up your dog, grab a ball or Frisbee, and head on over to this popular amenity.

The next best way is to check out this brief video tour of the dog park with Austin’s own Brett Tutor, whose latest TV gig is working as the celebrity carpenter on TLC’s “Trading Spaces” home improvement reality show.

Join Brett and canine friend Rowdy as they explore the agility courses, play areas, pond and other features of the dog park. Don’t tell Rowdy, but the park also includes a dog wash station in case he gets dirty having so much fun.

This is one of several tours with Brett that we’ll be posting on the Rancho Sienna website. Another one showcases Pulte’s Granville model home, located near Rancho Sienna Elementary School.

More about Brett

As People magazine writes, Brett “inherits the mantel of hunky ‘Trading Spaces’ carpenter from such legends as Ty Pennington and Carter Oosterhouse, but based on his bio, we can confirm the Texas-born talent has much more than just a pretty face.”

Brett’s extensive and fascinating bio covers everything from pararescue operations in the Air Force, to writing songs and playing in an Austin band with this brother.

On the home front, Brett’s experience includes extensive work as a carpenter, including renovating and flipping houses in Austin. A licensed professional home inspector, he founded a home inspection company in 2012. He is also a licensed residential energy auditor, rain water harvesting system installer and rain water system inspector.

In 2014, he founded a nonprofit organization, Off The Grid International, to build clean water and sanitation systems in some of the most remote regions of the earth.

Along with “Trading Spaces,” he appeared on the Discovery Channel series, “Treasure Quest."
