Cheers! Rancho Sienna’s newest park celebrates wine and fun
Rancho Sienna’s newest park, Vineyard Park, will showcase two of the Hill Country’s most popular crops: grapes and olives.
Planned to open by late Spring 2018, this new pocket park will be situated in a new neighborhood located just south of the Bark’N Park dog park.
Open for all residents to enjoy, Vineyard Park will have an olive grove and a white grape vineyard. Residents will be welcome to pick fruit from the olive trees and grapevines, along with fresh herbs that will also grow in the park.
A unique stacked barrel sculpture will be a focal point for the park, along with landmark entry columns, and a shade pavilion with picnic tables and gliders. Stacked stone retaining walls will be built from natural boulders found on the park site.
Wildflowers, shade trees and ornamental trees will round out the landscape for this inviting new park.
