Trendmaker adds 5 new plans from $450,000s for Rancho Sienna homesites with views
Trendmaker is now offering a limited edition of homes priced from the $450,000s in The Retreat, a neighborhood offering some of the largest and most scenic homesites in Rancho Sienna.
Homesites in The Retreat are 80 feet wide, and some are even larger. Many homesites offer views of Rancho Sienna’s beautiful Hill Country environment, where more than 100 acres are preserved for parks, trails and natural open spaces.
Trendmaker’s new designs include Plan 817M, a one-story home with four bedrooms and a study.
The heart of this home is the wide-open family room, kitchen and casual dining area, which overlooks a spacious covered patio. A built-in bookcase in this area conceals a hidden storage room. The corner fireplace provides a cozy touch.
The owner’s suite has double walk-in closets with built-in storage spaces, and the two-car garage has additional storage area. With 2,967 square feet, this plan is priced from $455,900.
Two-story homes include Plan 845M, offering four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a three-car garage.
Priced from $518,000, Plan 845M offers high style with a curved staircase and two-story ceilings in the foyer and family room. The kitchen has a large serving bar and island facing the casual dining area. The covered patio offers an outdoor living area.
The downstairs owner’s suite has a curved bow-bay window and double walk-in closets with built-ins. The main level also includes a stud and a guest bedroom suite.
Upstairs, this 3,575-square-foot plan offers two more bedrooms, a gameroom and a hidden storage area. It can be further customized with options such as a fifth bedroom and fourth full bath, a media room and an upstairs balcony.
