Lennar’s one-story Giallo model home now open in Rancho Sienna
Lennar, the nation’s largest homebuilding company, has opened its new Giallo model home in Rancho Sienna, showcasing its collection of one- and two-story plans priced from the $290,000s to $380,000s.
The four-bedroom Giallo model is a great example of Lennar’s spacious, open floor plans. The family room, kitchen and breakfast nook all flow together to create a large family gathering space, highlighted by a dramatic two-story ceiling. The covered patio extends the living space outdoors.
This model home also displays the optional upstairs level, which can be built as one large open flex room space, or can be divided into a fifth bedroom and loft area.
Lennar homes in Rancho Sienna offer the builder’s signature “Everything’s Included” package, which now includes the Wi-Fi Certified suite of features, providing seamless whole-home coverage that eliminates dead spots in every room. This leading-edge tech package provides connectivity with devices that allow homeowners to control lighting, the front door lock, the thermostat and other systems simply by talking to Amazon Alexa.
Another version of this plan, the Giallo II, offers Lennar’s popular NextGen “home within a home” concept. Ideal for multigenerational families and other dual living situations, the Giallo II includes a self-contained living suite with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and full bath, in addition to the spacious main home.
Lennar is building in a new Rancho Sienna neighborhood of 55-foot-wide homesites, across the street from the Bark ‘N Park dog park and several scenic fishing ponds. Nearby trails lead to more amenities, including Greenleaf Park and the Sienna House community center.
This neighborhood has a limited number of homesites bordering Rancho Sienna’s newest amenity, Vineyard Park, opening this summer.
With its olive grove and vineyard, Vineyard Park will showcase two of the Hill Country’s most popular crops. Residents will be welcome to pick the olives and white grapes, along with fresh cuttings from the herb garden.
A unique stacked barrel sculpture will be a focal point for the park. Other highlights will include landmark entry columns, and a shade pavilion with picnic tables and gliders.
Stacked stone retaining walls will be built from natural boulders found on the park site. Wildflowers, shade trees and ornamental trees will round out the landscape for this inviting new park.
