Lennar introduces low-maintenance homes in Rancho Sienna
Lennar is now selling homes priced from the mid $200,000s in a new Rancho Sienna neighborhood designed to offer a low-maintenance lifestyle, with homes nestled around two pocket parks and a pond for scenic views.
With front and back yard upkeep provided, this neighborhood will offer a low-maintenance lifestyle, giving residents more free time to explore the 100+ acres of parks, trails and natural open spaces within Rancho Sienna, along with all the attractions of Georgetown, Greater Austin and the Texas Hill Country.

When it opens, Lennar’s model home, the Bassella, will showcase the style and flexibility of this collection floor plans.
With more than 2,000 square feet, the Bassella is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath plan with high ceilings and plenty of windows. Downstairs, the huge great room, dining area and island kitchen are open, creating a large living space.
A true retreat, the upstairs owner’s suite features a spacious bedroom, a room-sized walk-in closet, and an elegant owner’s bath with dual vanities, a linen closet, and a tiled shower with a glass enclosure. Two more bedrooms are also upstairs.
The Bassella has a home office on the first floor, and buyers have the option of building this space as a fourth bedroom with a third full bath. Buyers can also create a full guest suite in this area, in lieu of the office and one of the two garage bays.
Another option is adding an upstairs loft in lieu of the two-story ceiling in the foyer.
Some plans, such as the Bisset, offer downstairs owner’s suites.
