Meet our parks: Vineyard Park invites good times
As a community that devotes more than 100 acres to amenities and natural open space, Rancho Sienna is home to many parks and trails. In this blog series, we’ll explore 9 of our most popular parks and trails, starting with our newest amenity, Vineyard Park.
Celebrating the freshest flavors and most abundant crops of the Hill Country, Vineyard Park has an olive grove and a white grape vineyard. Residents are encouraged to harvest from the olive trees and grapevines as they mature. They can also pick fresh herbs from the park’s garden beds.
A unique stacked barrel sculpture is the focal point for Vineyard Park, along with landmark entry columns, and a shade pavilion with picnic tables and gliders. Stacked stone retaining walls are crafted from natural boulders found on the park site.
Wildflowers, shade trees and ornamental trees round out the landscape for this inviting new park, located just south of the Bark’N Park dog park.
