Meet our parks: Big View Trail
Extending for approximately 1.35 miles, Big View Trail lives up to its name, with stunning Hill Country vistas as it meanders along rugged ravines, past dramatic rock outcroppings, and through stands of old live oaks and meadows of wildflowers.
Big View Trail is a key part of the approximately 5-mile trail system connecting Rancho Sienna residents to several of the community’s most popular amenities.
The trailhead for Big View Trail begins near Sienna House and the community garden. It meanders through open natural space before connecting to Greenleaf Park, where you can stop to enjoy a picnic, bird-watching, sand volleyball and horsehoes.
Big View Trail continues past a stocked pond for catch-and-release fishing before ending at the Bark'N Park dog park.
