Meet Trendmaker’s Andrew Herman
Trendmaker sales consultant Andrew Herman is excited about the view homesites now available in one of Rancho Sienna’s newest neighborhoods.
Located near the front of the community, this neighborhood has homesites with backyard views of open green space, Hill Country oak trees, and a scenic pond.
“This will be one of Trendmaker’s final neighborhoods in Rancho Sienna, and we’ve saved some of the best homesites for last,” Andrew said.

Andrew is one of the newest homebuilder sales professionals in Rancho Sienna. He joined the community this spring, after working for other homebuilders for about five years. He has quickly recognized the benefits that Rancho Sienna residents enjoy.

Andrew brings a diverse background to his relatively new career in new home sales. He worked for 15 years at the Texas General Land Office in a variety of real estate positions. He also taught photography at Austin Community College for more than a decade.
