D.R. Horton now selling low-maintenance homes from $269,990 in Rancho Sienna
D.R. Horton is planning a Spring 2021 grand opening for its new model home in Rancho Sienna, but interested homebuyers shouldn’t wait. By mid-November, the builder had already sold 12 of its 53 available homesites.
Priced from $269,990, D.R. Horton homes in Rancho Sienna come with a lengthy list of standard no-extra-cost features, including Quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and a work island in the kitchen. Additional standard features include covered patios, fully sodded yards and sprinkler systems.
D.R. Horton’s Home Is Connected technology package is also a standard feature, providing a Qolsys IQ central control hub, whole-home voice control with Amazon Alexa, automated alarm system, video doorbell, front door smart lock, and much more.
These homes are so complete that there are only a handful of possible options that buyers could add to increase the base price, said Eric E. Gaudin, D.R. Horton’s new home specialist in Rancho Sienna.
D.R. Horton has opened a fulltime onsite sales center at Rancho Sienna as they complete their model home, the four-bedroom Nicole II.
Priced from $316,990, the Nicolle II model plan includes an open family/kitchen/dining area, a downstairs bedroom and a covered patio. The spacious primary suite is upstairs, along with a gameroom and two additional bedrooms.
Prices start at $269,990 for the Caroline II, a one-story home with three bedrooms and an open family room, island kitchen and casual dining area. It also includes a covered patio.

Eric said these homes been pre-selling at a brisk pace, thanks to the combination of value and lifestyle offered D.R. Horton and Rancho Sienna.
