Fall Tour of Homes offers self-guided tours of 20+ new homes

For two weekends in October, Rancho Sienna’s Fall Tour of Homes will unlock the doors for self-guided tours of more than 20 new homes available for quick move-in.

Showcase homes will be open on the weekends of Oct. 17-18 and Oct. 24-25, from 12 to 5 p.m. each day.

Prices range from the high $200,000s to the $600,000s for homes offered in a wide variety of styles, including traditional single-family homes, low-maintenance homes, multigenerational plans, and luxury homes on some of the community’s largest homesites.

The self-guided design and the timing of the Fall Tour of Homes is perfect for homebuyers right now.

First, self-guided tours are ideal for this moment of social distancing, allowing home shoppers to enter homes and look around at their own convenience.

While a few builders have implemented self-guided tours of select models and available homes, the Fall Tour of Homes makes more than 20 new homes available for self-guided walk-throughs over two weekends, with no advance registration or appointment required.

Second, while news reports have underscored a shortage of homes for sale in the Austin area, Rancho Sienna’s Tour of Homes showcases a wide variety of new homes available for quick move-in.

While touring new homes at Rancho Sienna, home shoppers can also experience the community’s relaxed and nature-focused lifestyle, offering more than 100 acres of parks, trails, recreational amenities and natural open space.

Sienna House, Rancho Sienna’s flagship community center, is one of the first amenities visitors see when driving into the community, along with Sienna Trail Park. Other amenities that home shoppers can see while touring include Wilderness Park, Greenleaf Park and the Bark’N Park dog park.

Visitors might also drive past Rancho Sienna Elementary School, part of the highly regarded Liberty Hill School District, which serves all Rancho Sienna students in grades K-12.

Participating homes will be identified by special Tour of Homes signs out front, and home shoppers can receive a map of showcase homes by RSVPing here. Visitors can also start their tour at any one of the fully furnished model homes in Rancho Sienna.
