Self-guided home tours now offered at Rancho Sienna
So you’ve found a new home that just might be “the one,” but rather than setting an appointment to walk through with a sales consultant, you prefer to tour alone and at your own convenience. Like right this very minute.
You can do that now, thanks to self-guided tours offered by several Rancho Sienna homebuilders.
Trendmaker now makes it possible to take self-guided tours of select new homes in inventory. Lennar and its sister company, Village Builders, offer self-guided tours of their model homes.
Builders use different platforms for their self-guided tours, but the basic idea is the same. After you’ve downloaded an app on your smartphone, or registered online, you can request a one-time access code that unlocks the front door. You can walk right in and look around to your heart’s content. When you leave, just close the door behind you. That’s it.
For Trendmaker, homes available for self-guided tours are identified by signs out front, or by notations on homes listed on their website. Simply click on one of those homes, and then click on “Learn more.” That will take you to a link to download the NterNow app used by Trendmaker.
Lennar and Village Builders offer self-guided tours from their website, along with guided tours with sales consultants. Here are links for scheduling both kinds of tours at Rancho Sienna:
- The Lennar Malone Collection in the Villas
- The Village Builders Havergate Collection
- The Lennar Brookstone II Collection
Self-guided tours are great for homebuyers who live in Austin or are visiting the area for their home search.
From anywhere, home shoppers can walk through our seven fully furnished Rancho Sienna model homes with virtual tours.
It seems like our builders are always finding new ways to make home shopping safer and more convenient, no matter where buyers are physically located.
Chesmar Homes offers virtual consultations, available by appointment via Facetime. Perry Homes has added a page to its website to centralize all the new ways to see their homes, including virtual tours, interactive floor plans, video chat and private appointments.
You can also experience Rancho Sienna virtually with our SkyNAV flyover tour.
