Meet Spring Sullivan, Rancho Sienna’s new Community Association Manager
Spring Sullivan, the new Community Association Manager for Rancho Sienna, is easy to find. She works from her office in Sienna House, Rancho Sienna’s community center, from Monday through Friday.
A self-described “people person,” Spring welcomes residents to stop by to say “hello” and share any ideas or concerns about the community.
“Customer service is my niche, and I’ve never met a stranger,” she laughs.
Spring brings a wealth of experience in customer service and property management to Rancho Sienna, along with passions for multitasking and problem-solving.
Before coming to Rancho Sienna, she managed a portfolio of 10 communities, including a large-scale development in north Austin, several local condominium communities, and a few out-of-town properties.
At Rancho Sienna, Spring relishes being able to focus her attention on one community, and to work from an onsite office that helps her stay close to residents.
Spring grew up in San Antonio from an early age, after her father retired from his Navy career. She made the short move to Austin in 2008 after she met her husband, Darby.
Her first job in Austin was as a front-end manager for a local all-natural food market. In 2012, she joined Austin Cancer Centers, working her way up from file clerk to facilities/project manager, where she helped to develop nine locations.
She started her first residential property management job in 2018, and recently joined Goodwin & Company, the property management company for Rancho Sienna.
“Rancho Sienna is a great community with very friendly and connected residents, and I love the opportunity to work to make it even better,” she said.
An avid world traveler, Spring lives in Leander with Darby and their daughter, Caitlyn. The family also includes a sweet Labrador named Winnie and two cats, Rodger and Lambeau.
The cats’ names hint at another one of the Spring’s interests, watching the Green Bay Packers play. Rodgers’ name is a tribute Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and Lambeau Field is the team’s home base.
One of Spring’s most important duties is helping residents get the most enjoyment out of the more than 100 acres of parks, trails and natural open spaces at Rancho Sienna, along with maintaining the community’s beautiful common area landscaping.
A strong community association is one of the biggest benefits of living in a major master-planned community such as Rancho Sienna. Learn more.
